Hours & Billing Policy

Monthly hours are use-it-or-lose-it — unused hours do not roll over to the following month. Each retainer is designed around a steady, sustainable pace of work.

If a project runs over your monthly allotment, additional hours are billed at a discounted rate of $90/hr ($125 standard) — so you get the extra support you need without paying full project rates.

All plans include graphic design work for marketing purposes — social media tiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), promotional flyers, email headers, event graphics, and other brand assets you need to show up consistently. Files are delivered in web-ready formats (PNG/JPG) and print-ready formats (PDF) where applicable. Higher tiers accommodate more complex or multi-piece projects within the same hour pool.

No — hours are use-it-or-lose-it each month. This structure keeps the retainer sustainable and ensures consistent availability for every client. If you're regularly not using your full allotment, it may be worth stepping down to a lighter plan.

If you exceed your plan's monthly hours, additional time is billed at $90/hr — a discounted rate from the standard project rate of $125/hr. You'll always be notified before any overage work begins, so there are no surprise invoices.

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days' notice. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Once you're on a plan, you'll get access to a simple shared inbox for submitting requests. Just describe what you need, share any reference assets or brand files, and I'll handle the rest. For urgent items on Premium, flag it as urgent and you'll hear back the same day.

Absolutely. If you have a brand guide, style sheet, or existing templates, share them when you sign up and all work will be produced to match. If you're still building out your brand identity, that's something we can tackle together — just send a note and we'll talk through options.
